Tomorrow morning marks an important event in our community calendar as we observe National Walk to School Day. Alongside my wife, LeeAnn, I'm pleased to be part of this initiative, focused on promoting healthier lifestyles for our children.
Our walk will commence promptly at 7 AM, starting from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and concluding at Lehi Elementary School. I want to assure you that we have taken every precaution to ensure the safety and security of our young participants. Mesa Police, dedicated staff members, and caring members of the Lehi community will provide supervision throughout the event.
This occasion provides an excellent opportunity for our children to engage in physical activity, breathe in the fresh air, and appreciate the value of walking to school. Your participation and support are greatly appreciated as we strive to nurture healthier habits in the next generation.
