Celebrating Día de los Muertos at Mesa Arts Center

As we approach the end of October, I'm excited to share with you an event that holds a special place in the community of Mesa. The Mesa Arts Center is once again hosting its annual Día de los Muertos celebration, a vibrant tribute to the rich Latin American art and culture associated with the Day of the Dead.

This isn't just any event; it's a gathering where memories of our departed loved ones are cherished and celebrated. Central to the festivities is the community altar, or "ofrenda," where attendees can leave mementos to honor those who have passed. This tradition is a poignant reminder of the love and memories we hold dear.

But it's not just about reflection. The festival is brimming with activities for everyone, from artist demos and cultural performances to a bustling Mercado Market Place offering a range of arts, crafts, and more. And let's not forget the delicious food and family activities that make this event a must-attend.

The event is this Saturday and Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Mesa Arts Center. Be part of this beautiful tradition. For more details, visit: https://www.mesaartscenter.com/diadelosmuertos
